Contact us
The fastest way to reach us is by email. Tell us your device (iPhone or Android) and what you were doing, and we’ll help.
Please don’t email us sensitive documents. We don’t need your passports, visas, IDs, medical notes or backup files to help — and TripPouch is designed so your data stays on your device. Describe the problem and we’ll take it from there.
Getting started
TripPouch works the moment you open it — no account, no sign-up. Create your first trip, add destinations and dates, then start filling your pouch: scan or import documents, build a packing list, and add a pre-trip checklist. The Today screen shows your readiness at a glance.
Offline documents
When you add a document, TripPouch copies the file into the app’s local storage so it opens without a connection. A “saved offline” badge tells you it’s available in airplane mode. If a document shows a “missing file” warning, the original file it was linked to is no longer available — add it again to restore offline access.
Reminders
TripPouch sends local notifications for trip start and for checklist items you choose. If reminders aren’t arriving:
- Check that notifications are enabled for TripPouch in your device settings.
- Confirm the reminder is turned on for that trip or task.
- Open the app’s settings to see notification permission status and any reminders that need rescheduling.
Privacy lock and encryption
You can turn on a Face ID or passcode lock in the app’s security settings, with an auto-lock timeout. On TripPouch Pro you can also encrypt documents at rest. If you can’t unlock the app, use your device passcode fallback where offered; if biometrics fail repeatedly, your device may require its own passcode first.
Backing up and moving your data
Because TripPouch is local-first, your data lives on your device. To keep a copy or move to a new phone, use the export feature in the app’s backup settings to save a local backup, then import it on the new device. You can also export a readable PDF trip packet for a single trip. We recommend exporting occasionally so you always have a backup you control.
TripPouch Pro and purchases
TripPouch Pro is an optional upgrade billed through the App Store or Google Play. To manage or cancel a subscription, use your App Store or Google Play account settings. If you’ve purchased Pro but don’t see its features — for example after reinstalling or switching devices — use the “Restore purchases” option in the app. If a subscription ends, all your existing trips and documents remain available.
Privacy and your data
We don’t collect your trip data — it stays on your device. For the full details, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
